To ensure the safety of all swimmers, the following actions will be taken for those members who disregard pool rules, act in an unsafe manor and/or display disrespect for the coaches or team mates:
- 5 – 10 minutes time-out depending on the infraction.
- Sent home from practice.
- If the behavior continues, parental attendance will be mandatory at practices.
- If the swimmer continues to be a distraction to the team and or its coaches, they will be removed from the team.
If young children, not on the team, are brought to practice or meets and are on the pool deck, they must be supervised at all times by their parents. The only people allowed in the pool are the lifeguards, coaches and our swimmers. No one is allowed to be in the kiddies pool swimming while practice or meets are in progress. This can be a major distraction tot he swimmers and can become a serious safety issue.
